I was diagnosed with GD and started monitoring my sugars two weeks ago (I'm weeks). However, at a week scan, my baby was measuring weeks ( pounds). But I'm reading about people who are diet controlled GD who are getting 2x weekly NST's and are being induced at weeks. Why do I have to watch what I eat? How will I have to change my diet?
I've heard about good carbs and bad carbs.
